How can a bouncer / PSO help a parent save his / her son, daughter from drugs or alcohol

Cities in India are turning out to be cheap copies of eastern Europe. People have inculcated the party going habits of the west without learning the hard work and skill that got them to be so developed. Indians have lost the art of simple pleasures and have tried to find pleasure in drugs, alcohol, cigarettes and other form of abuses.

Children in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and other cities are getting addicted to drugs and alcohol. The problem is so severe that parents are unable to comprehend the next step to control their kids.

Children are running away from homes, schools and colleges to take drugs during early hours of the day. The addiction is so bad that parents without realising have almost started shelling out more than ten times the promised pocket money.

With all amenities and ease of reaching for anything one requires, todays generation is scary and has also caused many situations for parents that are impossible to reconcile with.

One of the many ways of controlling kids is counselling but gone are the days when kids could be easily led to a counsellor and taught a few important lessons in life. The new generation does not understand words and does not wish to fulfil the requirements put down by their parents.

With such advancement at such a pace, the new generation has everything without having to worry about it and the parents wish to give the best possible comfort to the kids.

Now, the situation is very dangerous, parents are unable to control the kids and kids have crossed every possible limit. How does one protect the kids from drugs, alcohol and undignified behaviour.

The answer is very straightforward - Hire a bouncer / Personal security officer ( PSO ) to be with you son or daughter 24 hours a day , 7 days a week. For daughters one could specifically hire women bouncer or lady security officer.

These specialists are not just security personnels but disciplined machines that follow orders under any circumstance. These bouncers / PSOs do not break rules and do not indulge in any activity with the kids, even if the kids offer them more money that their salary. We as a bouncer company in delhi have trained every bouncer to follow instructions or lose job forever.

Parents are unable to sleep and manage their kids under such circumstances and are stresses in such situations. They have tried everything in order to control their kids and help improve the situation but without any results. Some of the examples of parents efforts include:-

  1. Grandparents support for kids
  2. Dedicated Aaya / maid for kids
  3. Days planned with activities
  4. Complete involvement as a parent
  5. Strict watch on kids activities
  6. Regular consultation with teachers, tutors, trainers

But the results have been astounding, the kids have lost the will to work towards a goal and give good results. The kids have stopped spending time with the families and the kids do not behave as normal children should.

The newer generation is scary and getting involved in activities that will scare every living parents. Scare enough to give parents nightmares.

Bouncers hired by parents will report to the parent only, the company maintains strict policies to ensure the confidence of the parents stays with the PSO providing company.

The kid can use every possible technique but we assure the parent of absolute responsibility of maintaining strict vigil and balance on the kid at all times.

The times are different and the parents are adapting for peace of mind and appropriate sleep.

Two people die in daylight firing in Delhi, do you need more reasons to hire an armed personal security officer

Two people were shot and killed in brad daylight in New Delhi, India. One of the deceased was in his early 40s and the other was in his early 50s. One of them died on the spot and the other was rushed to the hospital but eventually succumbed to his injuries.

The incident took place at around 9:18 a.m in Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi and was reported in Rajinder Nagar Police station. There is little information about the assailants and several teams have been formed to nab them.

One wonders what is the value of life, is it more than salary of a personal security officer ( PSO ) . Any upper middle class individual can hire an armed personal security officer and have him for duty duty 24 / 7 . Delhi is on shot circuit since long and the patience is deceasing to an unprecedented level. One needs to take care of there own safety. Many people do not realise the importance of an armed security officer and shall be targeted in case of any fight that they have been involved in.

Many people have understood the need for a PSO in Delhi. A PSO / Bodyguard can be hired for day shift or for a 24 hour duty. In case of a 24 hour duty boarding and lodging is responsibility of the client and the PSO shall be available throughout the period.

The general public is becoming more affluent and is already purchasing guns for protection. But the guns are purchased without the assessment of maturity. Many young rich kids have started carrying guns in their cars and will definitely fire in case of even a small altercation. The use of brains is completely being demolished and the use of arms is considered the most heroic and most practical thing to do.

Every rich person travelling to Delhi is hiring a Bodyguard and ensuring that the bodyguard is hired from the best company in India. There are many small companies providing security services in India but very few understand the requirement of the client and provide appropriate security. There is need for professionalism in security sector of India, even though most of the security companies in India are setups of ex-servicemen, the class and quality is missing.

A Personal Security officer that is well paid and is well taken care of, will work to the best of his ability and will work harder than you can imagine. Security officers have training that can be compared to International standards and every security officer will provide security which can be compared with security skills of International bodyguards. The Indian security force is equally capable and intact very trustworthy.

Cop attacks a woman with a brick, thrown with full force

A Delhi Traffic police cop attacked a women parent with a child. the women was driving a two wheeler and was stopped by the middle aged cop near gold links, central delhi. The cop was at least 6 " tall, looked strong and asked for women's driving license and registration certificate. After producing the documents the cop asked for Rs.200/- fine for violation of the traffic signal. The woman agreed to pay the fine but also asked for a valid government document - challan - as proof of such payment.

The cop refused to give a receipt for such payment and the women refused to pay the penalty. The cop tried stopping her by kicking her scooter. She responded with a push, leading the cop to throw a full size red brick on the women who was just 3-4 feet away from the cop. It was a terrible blow on the backside of the woman.

The cop has been suspended and arrested for such an action. This happened only because  a passerby recorded the whole incident and made it public. It was only matter of time that the news channels, media houses went berserk in order to cover the whole picture.

The problem is the mindset of the police officer and the patriarchy at display throughout the episode. Women are not treated appropriately in this country and India needs to learn from such incidences and really make this case a example for the rest of the law enforcement in the country. This is the same city that saw one of the most horrific rape cases in the history of civilisation of this world.

The country needs to make some serious changes to improve the mindset of the uncivilised and uneducated men of this country. We at Denetim Services have been working with ex-servicemen armed and unarmed to provide the highest level of training which ensures that each Personal Security officer respects women during the course of work and otherwise.

Increasing Women Bouncers, the industry is becoming more conducive to work

Everyday, the demand for women bouncers is increasing, something to suggest that the ratio of men is to women will touch 1:1 soon. This shows the changing job market and acceptance of women in the bouncer industry. More and more ex-servicewomen are being hired as women bouncers all around India specially Delhi and Mumbai. People have started to recognise that women bouncers are more disciplined and can handle certain situations better than men bouncers.

Many bars have drunk men trying to touch women, woman bouncers handle such situations way better than men. They are able to understand the perspective of the women and men are unable to show physical reactions on interference of a women bouncers. This is the ideal way any bar, pub pr alcohol serving restaurant would want to deal with the situation of men trying cheap tricks on women.

Women bouncers are definitely more approachable in any situation, when men are drunk, women handle the situation better. When men are loud, women bouncers handle the noise better. When a woman feels comfortable, she feels better communicating to women bouncers.

The level of discipline among male bouncers also rises and changes the complete atmosphere. As of now woman bouncers for hire are available foe security at almost the same charges but as the bouncer industry matures and the requirement of women bouncer increases, soon the charge for hiring women bouncers will increase to an unprecedented level. All bouncer companies providing women bouncers will charge higher and would ask for more time in arranging women bouncers. There is no event nowadays that does not have women bouncers under the security teams. The respect is increasing, the women attending events, visiting bars are equally happy about security provisions including women bouncers for duty. This helps the event organisers , bar owners and others people hiring security of bouncers understand the need and often hire more women bouncers next time they require security.

Women bouncers are also gaining importance with senior management of top companies and celebrities around India. Women bouncers add to as a new age statement as well and more and more request for female security officers are being received by Denetim Services, a company that provides bodyguards, gunmen and women bouncers for events functions, marriages and personal protection.

The industry is changing and the need for security is increasing, the upper middle class is also becoming richer and is wanting to afford bodyguards and bouncers for protection all around India. Soon one will find a women bouncer and a personal security officer with very women visiting malls, clubs and pubs anywhere in India but specially in places having punjabi community, which include Delhi, Chandigarh.

How safe is India for solo female travellers?

This question does not have a straight Yes or No answer. The good news is that hundreds or even thousands of women travel to India alone and visit many cities, tourist spots and stay safe throughout yet there are certain basic precautions that one needs to take to ensure that the women stays safe throughout. India is generally safe but for a foreigner in any place secluded and dark is unsafe. Traveling alone at night in a car or a rickshaw late at night is very unsafe. Its like asking a rocket launcher to fire at you and think that nothing is going o go wrong with you.

Solo female travellers visiting India have few questions that cannot be answered without a person visiting here. One, you cannot understand India sitting in a western country. Two, our civilisation is absolutely crazy and much older than many others. Therefore we do not know the process to define the best steps clearly. What we can do is define what not to do? And the what not to do is universal and is applied by women around the world.

Few Basics that every women already knows but needs re-assurance when travelling to a country such as India:-

  1. Cities such as Delhi and Mumbai are as safe as New York and London
  2. There are many many many many foreigners in India
  3. Travelling , walking late at night alone can be cause of grave concern
  4. Eating and drinking with unknown men is not something you should do
  5. Yes, you are a celebrity the moment you land. You skin color plays a major role
  6. YEs, there is a high chance of wrong doing by friends you make during your trip to India
  7. Always carry a mobile and pepper spray anywhere you travel

There is nothing that is out of the extraordinary in the list mentioned above. The extraordinary parts of India are the colours, the  diversity, the food and how chaotic it operates. Everyone who visits India once always visits India. Infact many foreigners have shifted to India and are working in many industries but primarily travel industry. There is something about India that is crazy yet nice.

Solo women travellers should not be worried when visiting public places anywhere in India but be careful of touts and travel agents trying to cheat a solo female traveller or a naive traveller. This is something the government is trying to change, many advertisements and posters have been taken out to address the issue of cheating foreigners and many reports of good work done by Indians have been circulated to create an atmosphere of goodness and benefit of good conduct. Yet a country with population of more than 1 billion and more than half of them coming from a very port background will lead such instances. All one needs to do is be careful and relax and at the sometime enjoy the madness called India, where you will see monkeys, cows and dogs are also have a free life and ca roam around anywhere in the country at their freewill. There is a money god, cow god and dogs are literally considered mans best friend. We have become a tolerant, moderate and diverse country which accepts everything that happens here as good and everything as acceptable.

Lady Bouncers in India

There is growing need for lady bouncers / lady security officers in India. The main areas where such requirements arise from  are

  1. Mall Entry
  2. Gate Entry for events
  3. Pub, Bar Entry
  4. Regular protection in crowded areas
  5. Late night parties

Lady bouncers are very disciplined and follow certain important protocols before working for a company or an event. Firstly, the company has to have a trustworthy employer. Secondly, one should be able to  clearly address timings, transportation and working hours for every lady security officer working at any event, function etc.

Mostly, lady security officers are ex-CRPF, Ex- servicemen category who have retired after approximately 10 years of services and now are interested in working in the private sector at the same time manage their homes as India is still a patriarchal society.  Lady Bouncers are usually trained in basic security procedures followed by companies in cities of India. The rest in experience and quick thinking that helps these women provide good security at events. Infact, there is not a single event where one would not find a lady security officer.  They have become part of security services required for events, marriages and other functions that require gate security, entry inspection at the gate and crowd management. Every security company takes care of hiring and maintaining lady bouncers , lady security officers for staff.

There is need to further improve the requirement for lady bouncers, as the cities are evolving the crowds are realising that lady bouncers, lady security personnel are safer, matured and can handle every situation a male bouncer can, crowds are showing preference for lady bouncers for safety of the female members and for better event security.

In it projected that the market for lady bouncers and lady close protection officers will further explode, providing more jobs to ex-servicewomen living in cities such as Delhi, Mumbai,Chandigarh.

The need to train new civilian women interested in becoming lady bouncers is also increasing as the economy matures there will be more opportunities for women to take such jobs and more women have been applying for jobs in the recent. This will lead to a situation where the ratio of male bouncers to female bouncers will be almost 1:1 and the country will become a better place for women to work and diligently earn in mostly male dominated fields.

Life of a bouncer in India

A child in small villages in Delhi grows up wearing brown underwear and running nose, mud touching every body part with love and warmth. throughout the day , throughout the year. A child in a village area is used to dogs, hens, sheep, ants, cows and even some donkeys. He knows how to find food, create a mud castle and fight with dogs. The kids that beat up the dogs, that are the most daring and the ones that create the most nuisance are the ones that end up becoming big, uneducated, semi trained bouncers working in pubs, clubs, marriages, restaurants and other events in Delhi. This is probably the only chance they have to take their family out of the troubles faced by the families. But, the money earned during the day is generally spent on beer, supplements and steroids to build a bigger body. The bouncers have a habit of thinking that the bigger the body , the higher the pay, leading to some becoming totally unacceptable muscular bouncers with less than average speed, agility needed from a protection officer.

Everyday, the shanty areas that these men have spent their childhood produces more and more uneducated semi city adjusted men who buy black dresses and want to become bouncers working for the elite in Delhi NCR.

The problem is not just the background, it is understandable that the background is humble and these bouncers have has a tough life in the small rural areas of India. The problem is that only some of them are well behaved and have a sense of decorum. The majority is rash, uneducated, alcoholically inclined and untrained. This leads to a very tight situation for everyone dealing with bouncers. Most bouncers in Delhi live in Najafgarh, Rohini, Dwarka or some parts of East Delhi. The explanation is that they have graduated from the slums that are evenly placed around the city. But they haven't been able to move to upper middle class strong holds. Therefore, these bouncers are living in groups in areas which have single bedroom apartments all around Delhi. Most of them use metro as Bouncers are generally unarmed and do not have gun licenses.

Beer is a very important component of bouncers daily routine and after every event it is not difficult to find bouncers drinking beer at the venue of the event itself. These situations can be difficult to handle. No Bouncer is trustworthy for long and should be only utilised for event security, which deals in large crowds. For individual protection, it is advisable to hire personal security officers to protect ones family members. Personal Security Officers are generally ex-servicemen and have worked with Indian Army, Border Security Force , National Security Guards etc for at least for more than 10 years to ensure they are entitled to pension paid to all servicemen who have given duty for more than a certain defined period. Every Ex-servicemen is well behaved, well trained and will follow the company protocol always.

Bouncers are civilians who do not have any discipline have come from the rural areas, do not have liability in case of any criminal behaviour and are always ready to fight anybody that comes with a plausible argument. Infact, bouncers are road roller bodies with no mental development and can be found just spending their time discussing the next body building supplement available for increasing bicep size.

Bouncers available for events that have worked for more than ten years guarding events around delhi have experience, decorum, training and the required skills to handle any security threat that cam arise in any function. Bouncers are best for protecting gates of marriages, halls, functions and controlling crowds at concerts, festivals, celebrity shows.

The life of a bouncer starts with a fight and ends with a fight. Always be careful when selecting a bouncer.
