Owner's son rapes 3-year-old in Delhi playschool

NEW DELHI: In yet another incident of child abuse reported from a playschool, a three-year-old girl was sexually assaulted inside her school premises in Hari Nagar area of west Delhi.

This is the second case of child abuse to be reported from the national capital in as many days. On Thursday, it was reported that a two-and-a-half-year-old child was being repeatedly sexually abused at a playschool in Rohini.

"The accused in this case is the playschool owner's son and has been arrested," police said on Friday.

The incident came to fore after the girl refused to go to school today and complained of pain in her private parts.

Her parents took her to the hospital, where doctors after medical examination confirmed sexual assault.


The girl was counselled by her parents and some NGO officials during which she told about the misbehaviour of the owner's son.

The child was taken to the school where she identified the accused after which he was apprehended and placed under arrest.

The accused allegedly lured the victim on pretext of giving chocolates and then abused her in vacant rooms.

The police have booked the accused — name not disclosed yet — under sections of rape and protection of children from sexual offences Act.

An FIR has been registered at the local police station.

The accused was produced before the magistrate and has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days at Tihar jail.

The cops are further investigating to ascertain if the accused had abused other children of the school as well.

The police are quizzing other school staff to ascertain if their conduct was negligent as well.

The victim is being provided with medical and other help.

Women also like to flaunt their bodyguards, opening car doors, holding their expensive purchases. The whole dimension of safety is changing in Delhi. Another father called to ask for a bodyguard to stand near his new BMW all night(he is ready to pay anything). His daughter has hidden a pair of keys of the BMW and sneaks out at one or two at night. He states that guards are not able to stop her and he is unable to locate the keys. The whole family was extremely worried about the daughter driving BMW at high speeds after drinking at night.

The situation is more prevalent in Gurgaon and Noida than Delhi, this can be attributed to the privacy factor in tall skycapers in the NCR region.

Parents are sleepless when their children go out for drinks at night, they are unable to do anything about it. Another mother asked us whether we also provide psychiatrist to help change her daughter's mindset. She told us that their daughter goes out with friends three days a week and does not return before two or three.

The new generation just does not care about anything. We were told by our bodyguard working night shift outside a posh residence that the son returns home when the father is going out for his daily temple visit. He vividly describes the scene " Its a spectacle to watch.Father in traditional white Indian clothes is coming out of the house and the son, who looks wasted and droopy comes home with some sort of bump on the car and some stain on his clothes.

We also receive calls for armed security officers for inter state travel. A mother called to get the personal security officer to drop her son to be dropped from Delhi to Punjab. Her condition was to fight back in case her son insults the driver. On finalisation of the service, she called for a delay in the plan stating that her son is too drunk to travel on the designated day and he shall be able to do travel the next day.

We are surprised and shocked at every call we receive but try and arrive at the solution for the troubled parents. Security is becoming a big issue in the country and the newer generations are making it worse. We need some value education and some help from god to sort this mess out.
